We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may request a return according to the policy below.

Returns

You have the right to request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • The item must be in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Personalised or custom-made products
  • Items returned damaged due to misuse
  • Items returned after the 30-day return period

  • Your order number
  • The reason for return
  • Photos of the item if it arrived damaged or defective

Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the item.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item was defective or the wrong item was sent.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.

We will arrange either:

  • A replacement, or
  • A full refund

Exchanges

We currently replace items only if they are defective or damaged.
